Terms of Use

Quiet Couples is published by Keltek for use on Apple iOS devices through the Apple App Store. By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms together with Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, unless a separate written agreement is provided through App Store Connect.

1. Your account and pairing

Quiet Couples is intended for adults in a romantic relationship who choose to share information with one accepted partner through Apple iCloud sharing. You are responsible for the content you save in the app and for who you invite to your shared shelf. You can leave a shared shelf at any time from inside the app.

2. Acceptable use

Please use Quiet Couples for personal, non-commercial relationship purposes. Do not use the app to harass, surveil, or coerce another person. Do not attempt to break, reverse, or work around the iOS or iCloud security boundaries that protect your data and your partner's data.

3. Purchases and Plus

Quiet Couples Plus is offered as an auto-renewing subscription and as a one-time lifetime unlock through Apple StoreKit. Current prices are shown in the App Store and in the app by Apple before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew through your Apple ID unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

5. No warranty

Quiet Couples is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keltek disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Quiet Couples is a private relationship utility; it is not a medical, mental-health, therapy, counseling, or dating service, and nothing in the app is medical, psychological, or relationship advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keltek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenues, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of Quiet Couples.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
